Refund & Cancellation Policy

At RC Pet Resort, we value your trust and strive to be fair and transparent with our policies.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund. However, the paid amount can be availed as an equivalent service or adjusted against another service of equal value, which must be used within 3 months from the date of cancellation.

Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed only to the customer’s bank account or via UPI, as per the details provided by the customer.

Verification & Rights

RC Pet Resort reserves the right to verify booking details before processing refunds or service adjustments.
