Cancellation Policy
100% Refund Eligibility
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, the paid amount may be adjusted against another service of equal value.
The adjusted service must be used within 3 months from the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed only to the customer’s registered bank account or via UPI, based on the details provided by the customer.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the banking or payment provider timelines.
Verification & Rights
RC Pet Resort reserves the right to verify booking details before processing any refund or service adjustment.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
